Statement of Compliance

What is a statement of Compliance? The weekly certified payroll submission must include a statement of compliance signed by the contractor, subcontractor or authorized person responsible for supervising payment of wages. The signed statement of compliance asserts that the attached payroll report is complete and correct. The statement confirms that all covered workers have been paid as required by the Davis-Bacon Act.

You may use the statement of compliance provided on the DOL Form WH-347 "Payroll (For Contractors Optional Use)" or use a different form with identical wording. Your company must submit the completed form, including the payroll report and the statement or compliance, not more than seven days after the regular pay date for the pay period covered by the payroll report.
